Nippon Genetics FastGene Taq 2x Ready Mix - 250 x 50uL Reactions

FastGene® Taq 2x Ready Mix is a ready-to-use cocktail containing all components for PCR, except primers and template. The 2x ReadyMix contains FastGene® Taq DNA polymerase (1 units per 50µL reaction), FastGene® Taq Buffer (1x), dNTPs (0.2mM of each dNTP at 1x), MgCl₂ (1.5mM at 1x) and stabilisers. FastGene® Taq 2x Ready Mix comes with two inert tracking dyes to enable direct loading of PCR products onto agarose gels for analysis by electrophoresis, without the need to add a DNA loading solution.
